Journal of Arabic Language for Specialized Research is published quarterly by the Malaysian Institute of Science and Development , it is devoted to the publishing of researches concerning sciences and arts of Arabic language such as Grammar, rhetoric, metrics, prose and poetry, phonetics, modern linguistics, dialects, Arabic calligraphy, Arabization, and literary critical stylistic studies.
The journal is a research platform for scholars, teachers, and students to enrich the Arabic Library with further sound researches and precise studies for the purpose of unveiling the secrets of this language which is regarded as a miracle on its own through the Quranic text that remains a great challenge to all languages’ texts. However, the research efforts made on Arabic language and its relevant sciences as well as the unveiling of its beauty in the past and present are merely attempts to reveal the secret of its essence to persuade linguists and litterateurs of the reasons why Allah, the creator of all languages, has chosen Arabic to be the last language for his messenger Mohamed (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him) and his miraculous immortal book till doomsday.

Abstract:
No fair observer can deny the importance and the active role Arabic has in preserving the pan-Arabism and Islamic identity. Moreover, the case tracker of the Muslim condition in the west, can clearly the degree of alienation, marginalization and scorn towards the Arabic language, which foreshadows a generation that is distant from its identity and culture. Accordingly, Italy and the United States of America are two examples representing these countries. Thus, the research at hand aims at reminding Muslims of their language and to inspire the intellect a gesture of support to spread Arabic and develop its learning methods. Furthermore, the research highlights the most important hindrances and difficulties the Arabic community suffers from in learning the language. The importance of the research is demonstrated through its defining of the teaching Arabic condition in the host countries. It also sheds light on the teaching curricula and the techniques applied to that end. Besides, it (the research) does refer to two different samples by adopting the descriptive-comparative methodology. It has also concluded many findings, of which the most notable are:
- The contributing role of assessment and orientation.
- Providing the means as well as qualified cadres in teaching Arabic in the U.S.A.
- The lack of the aforementioned means regarding the community in Italy; which one of them is the difference in the teaching curricula.
- The presence of numerous difficulties and obstacles standing in the way of teaching Arabic in both countries.
In the end, we ask Him, our Lord most glorified, to bless all of our efforts, for he is worthy of this and He alone is able to bring this to pass.
