Abstract:
The progress of nations and their technical and scientific development is the result of what those nations have achieved in science and knowledge. Therefore, the importance of this study revolves around what we monitor of the advantages of digital libraries and their advantages and characteristics in order to serve the teaching and learning of the Arabic language for non-native speakers and meet their aspirations for the content of the Arabic language with the least possible time and effort.
As for the reason for choosing this particular topic, some of them are not fully aware of the role of digital libraries in the educational process and their ability to provide learners and learners with all that is new and unique, after traditional libraries were unable to meet this ambition.
This study aims to demonstrate the possibility of benefiting from the advantages of the digital library in the education process on the largest scale.
In this study, we have followed the theoretical and scientific nature of presenting the essence of the digital library and explaining the elements, needs, characteristics and the role it plays in the modern era.
The limits of this study are related to the limits of teaching the Arabic language through these libraries.
The results of this study are evident in confirming the hypothesis that we put forward that it is one of the most important modern technical means that can be used in the framework of teaching and learning with its characteristics and characteristics. Therefore, the study was divided into two topics, the first is related to digital libraries and their characteristics and the second is its role in teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers. Here, we recommend in this study to adopt Arabic language teachers and non-native learners to fully adopt digital libraries in teaching and learning the Arabic language as it meets the ambition and through it the desired goals can be achieved.
